Our replacement part kit is made up of 6 o rings, 3 collars, 12 darts, and 3 pins. This kit is specific to our broadheads with specific measurements and weights making it customized to our heads and nothing like it will be for purchase anywhere else.
REPLACEMENT PARTS
For any returns, please send us a detailed message and explain why the product is being returned. We will ask for the product to be returned in the original packaging with no damage to the product or packaging only after receiving an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). If the package or product is damaged there will be a restocking fee applied to the card used to purchase the product. If the product was received by the customer already damaged, please send a detailed message to us and a photo of original packaging and damage. If the product was bought in person from a store or trade show of some sort and it needs to be returned, please message the website directly with a detailed message and a photo of original packaging. The customer will receive an RMA number. If the product is damaged and covered by warranty, From Above Broadheads will send a new product at our cost to the address provided by the customer. Please do not send the product back without an RMA number. Products sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
