SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping rates are determined during the checkout process. To prompt delivery, please provide the correct shipping address at checkout. An inaccurate address may lead delays in processing and shipping. Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days, unless the item is a pre-order. Please allow sufficient time for your orders to be processed accurately.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For any returns, please send us a detailed message and explain why the product is being returned. We will ask for the product to be returned in the original packaging with no damage to the product or packaging only after receiving an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
If the package or product is damaged there will be a restocking fee applied to the card used to purchase the product.
If the product was received by the customer already damaged, please send a detailed message to us and a photo of original packaging and damage.
If the product was bought in person from a store, please return to the store of purchase. If the product was bought From Above Broadheads directly from a trade show or event of some sort, please message with a photo of original packaging for determination on action needed.
The customer will receive an RMA number. If the product is damaged and covered by warranty, From Above Broadheads will send a new product at our cost to the address provided by the customer.
Please do not send the product back without an RMA number.
Products sent without an RMA number will not be accepted and refunds will not be administered.
