Welcome to From Above Broadheads, LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
From Above Broadheads, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at anytime. You agree not to reproduce, duplicare, or copy our products. Any who do so are liable for any lawful actions taken by From Above Broadheads, LLC.
From Above Broadheads, LLC reserves the right to change pricing on any or all products at anytime without notification. Any who send content to From Above Broadheads through our website, email, social medias, or any other form, understand and agree that From Above Broadheads has rights to use any and all content. Content includes; suggestions, ideas, videos, photos, testimonials, etc. You agree that from time to time we may remove the Service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service, without notice to you. We do not guarantee, warrant or represent that the use of our service will be error free, timely, secure, and or uninterrupted.

The customer is responsible for knowing state legalities for broadhead used to hunt game. From Above Broadheads LLC is not liable for knowing your specific state legalities. If hunting or killing game is illegal with our broadhead for your specific state, From Above Broadheads is not liable for legal action taken against anyone. Please check with your local Game and Fish for legalities. Please use our specific dimensions and description in our product descriptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. without regard to conflict of law principles.

WARRANTY
WARRANTY COVERS ABNORMAL DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT WHEN BEING USED PROPERLY. FROM ABOVE BROADHEADS HAS A HIGHLY TRAINED STAFF MEMBER THAT WILL INSPECT PRODUCT AND CAN DETERMINE PROPER USE.
Products that are potentially covered by warranty and need to be returned-- Please send a detailed message why the product needs to be returned and why it might meet warranty standards, and a photo of the product.
Do not send products back to From Above Broadheads without an RMA number. An RMA number will be provided to the customer through email or mail. If received by email, please print it out and send it with the product.
Any products sent back to From Above Broadheads without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customers cost.
Products under warranty will be inspected by a trained staff member once received.
Products will NOT be covered by warranty if the product has normal wear and tear from hitting or penetrating objects that are for intended use.
If using products for non intended use, warranty will not be accepted.
When the product(s) are being returned under warranty, a highly trained staff member will inspect the product(s). If the staff member deems it not suitable to be covered by warranty, an estimated repair cost will be sent to the customer. If the customer wants to continue with repairs and agrees to repair costs, the customer will have 30 days to pay for the repair costs and shipping. If the customer does NOT agree to repair costs, From Above Broadheads will NOT send the damaged product back to the customer. If the repair costs are not paid within the 30 days provided the customer will not receive the repaired product and will have to purchase at retail price if desired.
If the product is covered by warranty, repairs will be made or a new product will be sent to the customer at our cost.
